Best answer
Side of square = 28 cm
and radiu of each circle = 14 cm
Required area = area of square excluding the two sectors + area of two circles
`= (28)^(2) - 2 [pi (14)^(2) xx (90^(@))/(360^(@))] + 2[pi (14)^(2)]`
`= (28)^(2) - 2 xx (22)/(7) xx 14 xx 14 xx (1)/(4) + 2 xx (22)/(7) xx 14 xx 14`
`= 784 - 308 + 1232 = 1708 cm^(2)`
