A. Brightness if all the bulbs will be the same.
B. Brightness of bulb `A` will be the maximum.
C. Brightness of bulb `B` will be more than that of `A`.

If bulbs of different wattages are joined in parallel, then the bulb with the highest wattage glows with maximum brightness. Thus, brightness of bulb `B(60 W)` is more than the brightness of bulb `A(40 W)`.
