Does myopia or hypermetropia imply necessarily that the eye has partially lost its ability of accomodation ? If not, what might cause these defects of vision ?

No, a person may have normal ability of acommodation and yet he may be myopia or hypermetropic. Infact, myopia may arise when length of eye ball gets elongated and hypermetropia may arise when length of eye ball gets shortened.
