Way to Minimize Stress:
(i) Joining a a laughter club.
(ii) Communicationwith friends, peers, cousins, expressing and parents, noting down our feelings, expressing our feelings with near nad dear ones help us to relieve stress.
(iii) Fostering hobbies like meteral colection, photography, reading, cooking, sculpturing, drawin, rangoli, danceing, etc. helps to divert energy and mind towards positive energy.
(iv) Learning and listening to music, singing helps to change the mindset and keep us happy.
(v) Regulaar exercvising, massaging, visiting the spa also helps to relive the stress.
(vi) Deep breasthing, Yogasanas, Yogic sleep, meditation, balanced and good food also help to impart positivity and relieve stress.
(vii) Time management, planning of our own dutines and decision power are also effective ways of stress managment.
