\(f(x) = \frac{6^{tan\,x}-1}{sin\,x},\) for x ≠ 0

f(x) = (6tan x - 1)/(sin x), for x ≠ 0

= log 50, for x = 0; at x = 0.

f(x) = (6tan x - 1)/(sin x)

\(\therefore\) f has removable discontinuity at x = 0

This discontinuity can be removed by redefining the function as:
