Midpoint of the line joining (2, 3) and (6, 5) is

$(\frac{x_1+x_3}{2},\frac{y_1+y_3}{2})=(\frac{2+6}{2},\frac{3+5}{2})$

$(\frac{8}{2},\frac{8}{2})=(4,4)$

∴ Centre of the circle is (4,4)
