Daily wages(Rs) Number of workers
up to 225 4
up to 250 11
up to 270 20
up to 300 25
up to 350 28
up to 400 30

The worker in the 12th position to 20th position has daily wage 270 ie, Median

\(\cfrac{wages \,of \,15^{th}\,person+wages\,of\,16^{th}\,person}{2}\)

\(\cfrac{270+270}{2} = 270\)
