Best answer

One end of the diameter = (x , y ) = (1, 4)

Center of the circle = (x, y) =(3, -4) If other end of the diameter = (x2, y2)

\(3=\frac{1+x_2}{2},\)

∴ x2 = 6 - 1

= 5 - 4 = \(\frac{4+y_2}{2},\)

∴ y2 = -8 - 4 = -12,

Other end of the diameter (5 – 12)
