Best answer
`(hc)/(lambda) = (430.53 xx 10^(3))/(6.023 xx 10^(23)) + KE`
`KE = (6.626 xx 10^(-34) xx 3 xx 10^(8))/(253.7 xx 10^(-9))`
`= (430.53 xx 10^(3))/(6.023 xx 10^(23)) = 6.9 xx 10^(-20)`
`:. Frection = (6.9 xx 10^(-20))/(7.83 xx 10^(-19)) = 0.088 = 8.86`
