1.MEANING-

AOA-Articles of Association is a document containing all the rules and regulations that governs the company.

MOA-It is subordinate to the Companies Act.
AOA-It is subordinate to the memorandum.
3.MAJOR CONTENTS-
AOA-A memorandum must contain six clauses.
AOA-The articles can be drafted as per the choice of the company.
