(a) H3PO4 → H+ + H2PO42- (Dihydrogen Phosphate ion) 

H2PO4- → H+ + HPO42-  (Hydrogen Phosphate ion)

HPO42- → H+ + PO43- (Phosphate ion) 

(b) In Phosphoric acid in aqueous solution number of H+ ion release is 3. Hence it is a tribasic acid.
