Best answer
`pH = - "log"[3.8 xx 10^(-3)]`
`= - {"log"[3.8]+ "log"[10^(-3)]}`
`= - {(0.58)+(-3.0)} = -{-2.42}=2.42`
Therefore, the pH of the soft drink is `2.42` and it can be inferred that it is acidic.
