Best answer
Correct Answer - d
Both `NF_(1)and NH_(3)` have identical shapes and a lone pair of electrons on nitrogen. The dipole moment of `NH_(3)` is highest than `NF_(1)` due to different direction of moment of the `N - F` and `N - H` bonds `BF_(3)` is a symmetrical molecule. It has zero dipole moment.
