In the polynomial p(x)= 3x2 – 4x + 7, check whether p(1) + p(2) = p(3) and P(2) × p(3) = p(6).

p(x) = 3x2 – 4x + 7

p(1) = 3(1)2 – 4(1) + 7 = 3 – 4 + 7 = 6

p(2) = 3(2)2 - 4(2) + 7 = 12 – 8 + 7 = 11

p(3) = 3(3)2 – 4(3) +7 = 27 – 12 + 7 = 22

p(l) + p(2) ≠ p(3)

p(6) = 3(6)2 -4(6) + 7 = 108 – 24 + 7 = 91

P(2) × p(3) ≠ p(6)
