Equivalent circuit can be soon as :

Line 1 : For 4 μF and 2 μF, they are in series

∴Ceq \(\frac{4\times2}{4+2}\) = \(\frac{8}{6}\) = \(\frac{4}{3}\)μF

∴ Q1 = Ceq.V = \(\frac{4}{3}\)x 5 = \(\frac{20}{3}\) μc

Line 3 :  Ceq\(\frac{2\times2}{2\times2}\) = 1μF

Q2 = Ceq.V = 1 x 5 = 5μc

∴ Total charge in capacitors =  \(\frac{20}{3}\times5\) = \(\frac{35}{3}\)μc
