(i) Let,

x + 7, x + 8

four numbers in the square of 4 numbers.

Sum of the numbers = x + (x + 1) + (x + 7) + (x + 8) = 80

4x + 16 = 80, 4x = 80 – 16

Sum = 9x + 72 = 90
