Sum of the angles of a hexagon = (6 – 2) × 180° = 720°

ie, (x – 10) + x + (x + 10) + (x + 20) + (x + 30) + (x + 40) = 720

6x + 90 = 720

ie, 6x = 630; x = 630 ÷ 6

∴ x = 105°
