As there Y coordinates are same i.e. -3
the distance between two points is difference in their x cordinate
|6-2|=4

or you can also go with the distance formula
d(A,B) = √[[(x
1-x2)²+(y1-y2)²]
= √(6-2)²+(0-0)²
=√(4)²

Distance between point (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) is given by (x2−x1)2+(y2−y1)2.

By using the above formula,

AB=(−6−2)2+(3+3)2=(8)2+(6)2=64+36=100=10 units

Here you did a mistake in putting values in the formula
In the second bracket it should be (-3+3)² instead of (3+3)².
