If \( \sin A+\sin ^{2} A=1 \) and \( a \cos ^{12} A+ \) \( b \cos ^{8} A+c \cos ^{6} A-1=0 \) then \( b+\frac{c}{a}+b= \)

I think the question should be to evaluate  (b+c)/(a+b)= ?

so answer may be as follows

b+c÷a+b = 6-1÷2+12÷2 = 23÷ 2
