(i) In circular motion with constant speed linear velocity changes in terms of direction therefore it is accelerated motion. 

(ii) We know that kinetic energy K.E. = 1 /2mv² 

2k/v² ( 1/2 mV²)V²=m(mass)

Physical quantity is 'mass'.
