Correct Answer - C
Primary `(1^(@))` and secondary `(2^(@))` alkyl halides are readily reduced to alkanes by `LiAlH_(4)`, but tertiary `(3^(@))` halides give mainly alkenes through dehydrohalogenation. `NaBH_(4)` reduces `2^(@) and 3^(@)` halides, but not `1^(@)`. `Ph_(3)SnH` reduces methyl halides and all three types of haliders.
