Correct Answer - A
(a) `W=(nRDeltaT)/(1-gamma) rArr -146000=(1000xx8.3xx7)/(1-gamma)`
or `1-gamma=-58.1/146 rArr gamma=1+58.1/146=1.4`
Hence the gas is diatomic.
