Moon would depart forever if its orbital velocity `upsilon_(0)` around Earth becomes equal to escape velocity `upsilon_(e)` of Earth.
`%` increase in speed `= (upsilon_(e) - upsilon_(0))/( upsilon_(0)) xx 100`
`= (sqrt(2gR) - sqrt(gR))/(sqrt(g R)) xx 100 ~~ 42%`
