According to question,
`MP = 1600 + CP" "….(i)`
`MP - 500=(125)/(100) xx CP`
`MP = (5)/(4) CP + 500`
4MP = 5 CP + 2000
Solving (i) and (ii),
CP = 4400
Required selling price `= (130)/(100) xx 4400 = 5720`
