(c ) `v_(d) (i)/(n A e) = (1.344)/(10^(-6) xx 1.6 xx 10^(-19) xx 8.4 xx 10^(22))`
`= (1.344)/(10 xx 1.6 xx 8.4) = 0.01 cm//s = 0.1 mm//s`
