Correct answer is

(C) 240°

Hint: 

Measure of major arc = 360° – measure of corresponding minor arc 

∴ m (arc AYB) = 360 – m (arc AXB) 

∴ m (arc AYB) = 360 – 120 

∴ m (arc AYB) = 240°
