Correct option  (b) Euchromatin

Explanation :

In the beginning of S-phase, DNA replication occurs. DNA replication can occur in diffuse/less tightly coiled euchromatin. So active DNA stains light in colour when stained with acetocarmin and feulgen reagent in comparison to heterochromatin.
