Sperm: The primary function of the sperm is to pass on the necessary biological information required to produce a new organism.

Vas Deferens: It helps in the passage of sperms.

Testes: It produces sperms and male sex hormone testosterone.

Prostate gland: It secretes alkaline fluid which is discharged into the urethra. It protects sperms from the acidity of the male urethra.

Fallopian tube: The fallopian tube is a crucial structure involved in successful reproduction and, like with all structures in the human body, sometimes problems occur that hinder the structure's ability to function properly. As you now know, the main function of the fallopian tube is to transport the egg from the ovary to the uterus.
