I personally believe that dress code should not be enforced on employees . It is said that dress code displays professional spirit . But I think it is not so. If you want to be professionally successful you should have other qualities and skills . Many a times, we experience that dress code is not the only way to create equality and uniformity amongst employees. Dress code for employees creates dull atmosphere at the place where you have to work every day.
