`7cos^(2)theta+3(1-cos^(2)theta)-4=0`
`7cos^(2)theta-3cos^(2)theta+3-4=0`
`4cos^(2)theta=1`
`cos^(2)theta=(1)/(4)`
`costheta=(1)/(2)=cos60^(@)`
`theta=60^(@)`
