Correct option(c) 2Cr23+ + 7H2 Cr2O72- + 14H++6e-

Explanation:

Oxidation takes place at anode. Hence,(a), (b) is not feasible as these are reduction reactions. But Cr3+ is oxidised to Cr6+ (Cr2O72-) under given condition.
