Best answer

The given D.E. is \(\cfrac{d^2y}{dt^2}+\left(\cfrac{dy}{dt}\right)^2+7x+5 =0\)
This D.E. has highest order derivative \(\cfrac{d^2y}{dx^2}\) with power 1.

∴ the given D.E. has order 2 and degree 1.
