Assertion and reason are true and the reason is the correct explanation of the assertion.
Molar conductivity of weak electrolytic solution increases on dilution because as we acid excess water to increase the dilution degree of dissociation increasewhich lead to increase in number of ions in the solution. Thus, `Lambda_(m)` show a very sharp increases.
