Assertion :- (a) the total number of atoms present in a simple cubic unit cell is one .
Reasn :-(R ) simple cubic cell has atoms at its corners , each of which is shered between eight adjecent adjeacent unit cells.

in simple cubic unit cell atom is present at corners having contribution 1/8 Hence total number of atoms present per units cell in scc is `(1)/(8)xx8=1`
