Correct Option (b) PV = RT / 4

Explanation: 

As 32 gm O2 means 1 mole therefore 8 gm O2 means 1/4mole i.e   μ   = 1/4

So from PV =  μRT 

we get PV = 1/4RT 

or PV = RT/4
