Correct Option (d) A

Explanation: 

From PV ∝ MT or  V ∝ (M/P)T ; Here  (M/P) represents the slope of curve drawn on volume and temperature

For first condition slope  (M/P) graph is D (given in the problem)

For second condition slope 2M/P/2 =  4(M/P)/ i.e. slope becomes four time so graph A is correct in this condition.
