Correct option is: D) 4 : 3

In cylinder, h = r

\(\frac {V_1}{V_2} \) = \(\frac {volume\, of\, sphere}{volume \,of \,cylinder } = \frac {\frac 43 \pi r^3}{\pi r^2h}\)

\(\frac {4r}{3h} = \frac {4r}{3r} = \frac 43\) (\(\because\) h = r)

Hence, the ratio of their volumes is 4 : 3
