Correct option is: B) 1 : 3

\(\frac {volume \, of\, cone}{volume \, of\, cylinder}\) = \(\frac {\frac 13 \pi r^2h}{\pi r^2h}\) =\( \frac 13 = 1 : 3\)

Hence, the ratio for volumes of a cone and a cylinder whose radii and height are equal is 1 :3.
