Given SP of watch = Rs.3200.

and profit percent is 100/3%

Let CP =Rs.x.

So  x +x*100/3*1/100=3200

=>x+x/3=3200

=>4x/3=3200

=>x=3200*3/4=2400

Hence CP= RS . 2400.
