Let CP of 25 articles = SP of 20 articles = Rs.x

So CP of 1 article = RS. x/25 and SP of one article =Rs. x/20.

So profit of selling 1 article = Rs.(x/20-x/25)=Rs.x/100

Hence % of profit = profit/CP*100

=[(x/100)/(x/25)]*100=25%
