Let, the number B be 100.

Hence, number A = B + 25% of B

= Rs.(100 + 25)

= Rs.125

The difference is that Rs.(125-100) = Rs. 25

Percentage B earn less than A = 25/125 x 100% = 20%

Thus B is 20% less than A.
