Correct Answer - A
As, `I_E=(n_Exxe)/t`
and `I_C=(n_Cxxe)/t=((98//100)n_Exxe)/t=98/100xxI_E`
Current transfer ratio,
`alpha=I_C/I_E=98/100=0.98`
Current amplification factor,
`beta=alpha/(1-alpha)=0.98/(1-0.98)=49 " " therefore " " alpha/beta=0.98/49=0.02`
