Before conducting the Intramural Competition the following factors have to be taken into consideration:
(a) Type of institute - i.e., residential, day-boarding or mixed.
(b) Climatic conditions.
(c) Infrastructure/facilities available.
(d) Estimated finances.
(e) Availability of time.
(f) Activity as per students interest.
(g) Possible help from school staff/students.
