Steps to be followed for organising health run in your school :
(i) Committee will be made
(ii) Registration
(iii) Date/Time
(iv) No age group
(v) Distance to be mentioned
(vi) Refreshment to all participants.
(a) Circular will be displayed on students noticeboard.
(b) Registration will be done for the participants.
(c) Date and time is fixed and informed to all registered.
(d) On the day of health run, Chief Guest can be invited.
(e) Distance to be covered for health run is 5-10 km. participants may jog/run and walk.
(f) After finishing of health run, refreshment must be distributed to all associated with the programme of health run.
(g) Proper dispersal of students.
The main aim to organise health run for schoolchildren is to create awareness and develop healthy citizens of India.
