Bend down on hands and knees. Keep the hands in the same place throughout. Lift the knees and push the heels back towards the ground. The legs and the arms should be straight. Bring the head and shoulder in the direction of the knees. Keep the shoulders relaxed. allowing the body weight to be lifted from the hips. Push back with your legs beginning from the heels and moving up towards the hips finally, giving a stretch to the spine as a tail bone lengthens. Stay in this position for as long as is comfortable.
