13. The reaction \( Cl _{2}+ S _{2} O _{3}^{2-}+ OH ^{-} \rightarrow SO _{4}^{2-}+ Cl ^{-}+ H _{2} O \) Starting with \( 0.15 \) mole \( Cl _{2}, 0.010 \) mole \( S _{2} O _{3}{ }^{2-} \) and \( 0.30 \) mole \( OH ^{-} \), mole of \( Cl _{2} \) left in solution will be (1) \( 0.11 \) (2) \( 0.01 \) (3) \( 0.04 \) (4) \( 0.09 \)
