Warming-up: In order to perform any kind of physical or sport activity we perform warming-up. Warm-up includes light set of exercises for whole body. It raises the body temperature, creates tension in the muscles and makes the joints comparatively active and ready for the main sport. 

Warming-up session includes: 

(a) Jogging 

(b) Simple exercise 

(c) Striding 

(d) Stretching exercise 

(e) Wind sprints 

Warming-up session is divided into two parts: 

General warm-up and specific warm-up. The duration of warm-up should not be less than 15 minutes and more than 40 minutes.
