To get the best development of strength and endurance abilities, the circuit is done according to conditioning. Continuous and interval methods are used more commonly.
The training involves following factors:
Intensity -----> up to 60%
Duration on each station ------> 30 sec. to 45 sec.
No. of sets/circuits ----> 3 or 4
Recovery between sets/circuits -----> 4-5 minutes
No. of exercises in circuit -------> 7-12 exercise
