Given that ABCD is a parallelogram.

∠A = (2x + 25)° and

∠B = (3x - 12)°

∵ ∠A and ∠B are consecutive interior angles as AD||BC.

∴ ∠A + ∠B = 180°

\(\Rightarrow\) (2x + 25)° + (3x - 12)° = 180°

\(\Rightarrow\) 5x + 13 = 180

\(\Rightarrow\) 5x = 180 - 13 = 167

\(\Rightarrow\) x = 167/5

Hence, the value of x is 167/5.
