Difference between Fundamental Rights and Civil Rights: 

Fundamental Rights	Civil Rights
(i) The elemental rights  of the citizens of a country which are mentioned in the constitution and enforceable under the law is known a fundamental rights.	(i) Civil rights on the other hand, are those by virtue of citizenship in a particular nation or state.
(ii) Fundamental rights are derived from the views of a democratic society.	(ii) Civil rights are derived from the constitution or laws of each country.
